Today technician visited and tried to rectify the problem. However he failed citing reason that PCB is not working.
It is surprising within 2 months water purifier brokedown.
Is there problem with the quality of products of Eureka Forbes or am I supplied with substandard product.
Tomorrow will be third day we will not have filtered water.
We are facing lots of inconvenience as we have to manually filter water with a cloth, boil it , cool it then use for driking.
In these difficult days of Pandemic , we have to drink water which is unsafe and inhygenic.
