PF Transfer

Hi, I am Ex Wirpo Employee.My emp id was 332619.I have raised my PF transfer to new organization account.Though it is showing settled in EPFO website, but as Wipro not shared Annexure K , my new organization not able to process.I wanted to connect through Wipro Alumni portal,But it i not working properly and not able to log in.So please provide me Annexure K copy over my mail [email protected] and PF statement too.
