Oyo Rooms — refund pending against. cancelled my booking

I had book rooms for dt. 14th January 2020 on book date 07.08.2019 and I had paid Rs. 4, 400/- at OYO Hotel code 10758 Downtown Inn, Sector -14, Gurgaon.

After 15 days I had cancelled my booking but Hotel Manager Mr. Jation Garg mobile no. [protected] not Return my advance Rs. 4, 400/-, I had many times requested him to refund my amount but he is not return my advance.

Kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund my amount, Hotel Manager Mr. Jation Garg mobile no. [protected] Ignore me and return my advance.
