Through your web portal i want to complaint regarding refund/return of Noise Play 16 MP 4K HD Sports and Action Camera (Black) , order id 111372935 which
i purchased from famous E-commece Web site Tata- Cliq. I have made a complaint to the TATA Cliq within 2 days of raceipt of parcel
and packet has been picked up by their logistics partner on 02nd Feb 2021 and they assured me that Job sheet will be provided when
this will packet reaches service center. After two days i have got a call from their service center that my product will be replaced in 15-20
days with the new product which I have refused as I want full return/refund of the faaulty camera.After that I have got another call from
customer care cell who ask me to visit service center to collect the Job Sheet
I have mailed them and ask them to advise few things regarding this trasnaction :-
1) First of all I want full refund of my product as this product is not as per specification /Pictures shown on their web site
2) Faults in Battery, Wi-FI connection , Base Mounts ,Waterproof mount , Image /Video quality
3) Why I should visit service center for Job sheet as this can be sent through mail to the customer
I have ordered web portal seeing TATA brand and was assuming better service experience as BRAND TATA is attached .
But the experience which I am facing is harrowing and TATA Cliq team is pushing me hard to accept this worst/defective product
which is not acceptable to any of the customer . Till date i have not received any mail/Call regarding return/refund of this trascation
