Bajaj housing is not providing Foreclosure letter even after placing multiple request (more than 20 times) for my home loan

I took a Home loan from Bajaj Housing Finance with account no: H400HHL0186241.
I wanted to close loan account and move to different bank, so I requested for foreclosure letter more than 20 times since a month and more.
But Bajaj is not providing me Foreclosure letter at all, even after raising complaints at multiple levels.
Attached Sample image of complaints raised at various levels from Oct 19th onwards.

I kindly request you to proving me support in obtaining Foreclosure letter from Bajaj.
