Against Paytm and SpiceJet

I booked ticket via paytm but had some issue regarding the last name of passenger Pratibha Mishra. I called spicejet customer care and the person splitted and cancelled the ticket. (Original PNR:XCJ8KJ Splitted PNR : IDTR7A) Airlines told me that they have refunded the money but i have not got the money yet. I contacted paytm customer care and they said that they have not received any refund related to my booking. I am attaching screenshot which i got from spicejet. It has been so many days now and the amount is also not less. I really need the money. Please look into the matter.
