Have been facing a frequent internet disconnection issue over past 3 months. Whenever I made a support ticket on their app it would be marked as resolved automatically.

Called their helpline on which they would say that they are sorting it out.

Messaged them on twitter on which they too stopped replying or trying to sort it out
