ATM withdrawal problem

Dear sir, I’m withdrawal 2000 at meet ATM out side of bank at 20 days ago. I have received a massage from the bank the transection is successful but I’m not received my money at ATM .I’m written complaint in my bank , manager give me a no of costumer care . I’m talking about my problem ,he given 10 days time after 10 days u r money will be refunded at u r account but now day I’m not received my money . So I’m complaint at this site pls refund my money.
