I had ordered food yesterday. My order number is [protected]. There were five boxes that I ordered but I had recieved only 4boxes. Order was prepaid. I contacted delivery boy and he asked me to contact the restaurant. I contacted restaurant and they were not recieving my call. Yesterday they recieved my call and asked me to contact zomato. There is no contact details anywhere online to contact zomato. I want my refund right away else I will have to take this to the consumer court and will take every social network platform possible.
I have contacted restaurant on [protected] and they are ready to provide my refund when zomato contact them as per the process.
