After paying for the Fastag, it was delivered only after a month. I tried to login on their portal but it keeps asking to create a new password every time.

I did a recharge using other bank NEFT. The payment went through. I tried to check the balance but the AXIS bank portal login did not work – keeps asking to create a new password.

Now I want to close this account and get another Fastag. I tried calling the call center. It keeps on playing music. There is no response to emails for closing the account and refunding the money.

I am utterly disappointed with such poor level of service from AXIS Bank.
