I have purchased Kent kettle online from Amazon.in with one year warranty on 11 June 2019. The kettle stopped working properly on 24 Nov 2019. After repeated complaints a technician from Pune finally visited amy house and tested the kettle. He could not repair the kettle and took away the kettle for repairs at his workshop on 29 Nov 2019. Repeated follow ups with the technician have not yielded satisfactory response. He told me that since he was unable to repair the kettle, the company has agreed to replace the same. Since then, I am still waiting for the repaired kettle to be delivered to me. It is more than 15 days and I am being put to unnecessary inconvenience for no fault of mine
